Good ‘Til Cancelled listings to end if no sales after 16 months
Listings that have not had a sale for a long time can add clutter to search results and make it difficult for buyers to locate the items they want to buy.

Starting from 29 March 2010, a new recurring process will be implemented and Good ‘Til Cancelled listings that have not had a sale for 16 months will automatically end. This will help to keep eBay listings fresh and new for buyers.

If this affects you, you will receive prior notification in My eBay in your Active listings page. The Good ‘Til Cancelled listings that ended automatically will appear in your Unsold listings page. You can re-list these items by going through the usual relisting process. Learn more about revising and relisting with Selling Manager Pro

  • Create a title and description that grabs buyers’ attention
  • Research pricing and make sure you are not charging too much.
  • Complete as many item specifics as possible and include a photo. This’ll make it easier for buyers to find you.
