Rewarding more sellers for excellent service
This first Seller News for 2010 focuses on changes that reward sellers who provide consistently high levels of service. These changes will go online from the week commencing 23 March through the first week of April, giving you time to get your business ready.
- More sellers delivering excellent service can enjoy the discounts and benefits of the PowerSeller programme, including the eBay Top-rated seller status, as the sales requirements to enter the programme will be lowered. Find out more about the PowerSeller update
- At the same time, the minimum performance standard for selling on eBay will be raised to ensure a consistently high level of service across the marketplace. Find out more about the new performance standard
