Business policies launch postponed

In spring 2012, we announced our new business policies tool. The launch of this new tool is now being postponed and it will no longer be available in July 2012. We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience this delay causes.

What does this mean for me?

You don’t need to do anything now. Previously, we asked you to opt in and start using business policies when listing with the sell your item form before mid-July.

As the launch of the new business policies tool has now been postponed, you’ll no longer be able to start using the tool in July.

We very much regret this change and the inconvenience that it causes.

Why has the launch of business policies been postponed?

Implementing the new business policies tool has been more complicated than originally expected. We only launch a new tool to users when it’s fully tested.
