  • In July 2017, we visually enhanced the Leave Feedback form.
  • You can report buyers more quickly and provide additional information.

Build a great reputation for selling

Building and improving your Feedback score is great for business as it can help buyers decide who they should buy from. 

In July 2017, we started rolling out improvements to our Leave Feedback form. The updates include a better look and feel, one click less to leave Feedback and shortened language.

We expect the updates will encourage buyers to leave Feedback and rate their transaction more often, which helps sellers get more transactions counted towards their seller performance standards. 

Although the overall distribution of negative, neutral and positive Feedback won’t change, receiving more Feedback can be useful for sellers who send items untracked.

It’s faster to report buyers

At the same time, we’ve made it easier for you to report buyers, especially when it comes to buyers misusing returns or making unreasonable demands.

This information helps us protect you from bad selling experiences and means we can take action more effectively.
